Change De-Motivation - What De-Motivates Management to Change

The Process Paradox barrier to getting an Enterprise to mature its Transformation capability is to get the change on the radar, we are battling against the currently flawed process. If the current process was not flawed, we would not need to mature it.

We want to mature a broken system of Transformation, but to get that work on the table we are generally faced with having to go through the Enterprises current (flawed) Strategising and Roadmapping phases. If those phases are flawed, it is unlikely to get the work to mature Transformation on the table.
